    The only way to know for sure if you or someone else has HIV is to get tested. Everyone with HIV benefits from getting early diagnosis and treatment because it allows them to live long, healthy lives and have no risk of transmitting HIV to others. In recognition of HIV Testing Day, the Nashua DPHCS is offering free HIV Testing in Nashua and Milford on June 28th. Testing is confidential and available at no cost (free) to anyone, including individuals who are uninsured. We will also be offering the Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19 Vaccine at these clinics. Gift cards available while supplies last.

    Syringe Services Alliance of the Nashua Area (SSANA) is a syringe services program (SSP) that services the Greater Nashua Region. SSANA is a community-based public health program that provides comprehensive harm reduction services such as: - Sterile needles, syringes, and injection equipment - Safe disposal containers for needles and syringes - HIV and hepatitis testing and linkage to treatment - Overdose prevention education and how to use Naloxone, a medication used to reverse overdose - Referral to substance use disorder treatment, including medication-assisted treatment - Referral to medical, mental health, and social services - Tools to prevent HIV, STDs, and hepatitis including counseling, condoms, and vaccinations.
