  1. Filing Period for September 8, 2020 State Primary Election

    June 3, 2020, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM @ City Clerk's Office

    Filing period for all offices for the September 8, 2020, State Primary Election begins June 3rd and will conclude on Friday, June 12th. As a result of the COVID-19 crisis, the Secretary of State has placed the Declarations of Candidacy and the Statement of Financial Interests on its website for candidates to download and mail. Those individuals wishing to file for State Representative or Delegate to the Republican State Convention can mail these forms to the City’s Clerk’s Office. The cost for filing for State Representative is $2.00. Forms may be downloaded at: https://sos.nh.gov/nhsos_content.aspx?id=8589998388 or picked up at City Hall by calling 589-3010, option 5. The City Clerk will accept these forms through the mail during the period of June 3, 2020 – June 11, 2020, and will be open in the office between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2020, to accept filings in person.
