  1. SpotOn New England Dog Jog 5K

    June 8, 2019, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Stellos Stadium

    THE WORLD'S MOST PAWESOME 5K is back for our THIRD YEAR!! The SpotOn Collars New England Dog Jog 5K returns on Saturday, June 8th at 9am in Nashua! The 2018 event sold out with over 500 runners and 250+ dogs so register before it's too late! This 3.1 mile part-road, part-trail race is designed with your dogs in mind. An enjoyable family-friendly event that brings dog lovers together to raise as much money as humanly possible for animals in need. Your favorite parts of our 2018 event is coming back: New medal designs for you and your dog, the doggie division, more water stops and more. PLUS, we have some awesome surprises in store for 2019. This year's race is proud to support the Fans of the Vizsla Club of Central New England Rescue, Animal Rescue League of NH, Rescue Project and our new charity partner in 2019, the Humane Society for Greater Nashua!

  2. Spring Book Retreat: The Remains of the Day

    Get away for a day to talk about The Remains of the Day by Kazuo Ishiguro, watch the film inspired by the book, and then compare the two. Lunch provided by the Friends of the Library. Registration is required and begins April 20. We’ll also announce the title of the 2019 Nashua Reads book and tell you about our Adult Summer Reading program.

Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity is kicking off summer in the Gate City with our incredible community, friends, and family with our first annual "Cornhole for a Cause" tournament. It's simple, 60 teams will square off in hopes to be crowned Cornhole Champion. We'll have prize packs for the winners and plenty of food, drinks, sponsors, and activities making sure we help kick off another summer the RIGHT way!

    #MakeItFest is a gathering of area makerspaces, artists, makers, and creators of all kinds. This exciting, interactive, family friendly event will showcase projects created at local makerspaces and other DIY (Do It Yourself) groups. We will have robot exhibitions, drone races, interactive classes, hands-on activities as well as informative displays. From Woodworking to Robotics we will have experts and evangelists to show their latest creations and get you excited to make your own.
