The period to file petitions and acceptance of nominations papers, for a vacancy in the Board of Aldermen, will begin on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at 8 a.m. in the Office of the City Clerk. The filing period will close on Friday, February 1, 2019, at 5 p.m. The drawing for positions on the ballot will occur immediately following the close of the filing period, in the Office of the City Clerk. The Special Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.
