    Our kids are growing up online and social media can provide great options for connecting and creativity. There are also pitfalls and risks to be aware of. This enlightening and informative presentation for teens, parents and youth leaders/mentors will help them learn how to navigate the digital world safely and responsibly. Presenters including a detective working in Internet Crimes Against Children, an Assistant US Attorney, and others will educate and equip community members and teens by raising awareness, minimizing risk, and empowering them to make good choices in a culture of cyber-bullying, online solicitation and potential exploitation.   5. Summer Concert on the Plaza: Singer/Songwriter Jay Psaros

    Bring a lawn chair or a blanket, pack a picnic basket, and chill out to music on the library lawn this summer on Thursdays at 7PM. Summer Concerts on the Plaza are held in the library's Chandler Memorial Wing if it rains. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library and the Bloomfeld Trust. Boston-based singer/songwriter Jay Psaros' songs range from mellow crooners to root rockers. Come find out why he's been called a "storyteller of precision", a "master guitar player", and a musical "painter of beautiful, rolling images".
