  1. Airpower History Tour

    July 11, 2018, 9:00 AM - July 15, 2018, 5:00 PM @ Nashua Airport

    Be a part of living history with a ride on one of the only two flying B-29s in the world when the Airpower History Tour, led by the B-29 Superfortress "FIFI", lands in Nashua! Joining FIFI will be the C-45 Expeditor "Bucket of Bolts" and the T-6 Texan. All aircraft are available to tour on the ground and you can speak to the crews about these historic aircraft and their missions during WWII . All aircrafts are also available for rides.

  2. Bach's Lunch Concert: Mezzo-Soprano Danute Mileika

    July 11, 2018, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM @ Nashua Public Library

    Danute Mileika has performed in New York at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall and in Boston at Symphony Hall, Jordan Hall, and on WGBH radio. Major roles include Ulrica in "Un Ballo in Maschera", Amneris in "Aida", Adalgisa in "Norma", and Lola in "Cavalleria Rusticana". She will be accompanied by Tanya Shrago. Sponsored by the Ira F. Harris Trust Fund, the Moses Hunt Trust Fund, the Zylonis Fund, and the Nashua Public Library. Not appropriate for children under 5.

  3. Author "They Were My Friends: Jack, Bob and Ted" Speaks

    July 11, 2018, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM @ Nashua Senior Center

    Author Gerard Doherty will talk about his new book, "They Were My Friends: Jack, Bob and Ted". He was the only person to have a seat at the table with each of the Kennedy brothers when political strategies and decisions were being made. His involvement started at a meeting with President Kennedy in the Oval Office to discuss Ted's Senate Candidacy, running Ted's successful campaign in 1962, Bobby's campaign in Indiana in 1968 and countless others. Throughout the book, Doherty weaves in political facts and anecdotes experienced throughout his life that act as historical mile markers. Many of these anecdotes are appearing for the first time in print. Doherty Tells each story with the common touch that he is known for.

  4. Outdoor Movie and Barbecue for Veterans

    July 11, 2018, 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM

    Positive Street Art, as part of the Hearts and Minds Veterans program, will be hosting two Outdoor Movies and Barbecue nights! The BBQ will start at 6:30 PM and the movie will begin at 7:00 PM, ending approximately at 9:00 PM. This event is proudly sponsored by the Nashua Elks #720, Mayor's Council on Veterans, and Nashua VFW #483. This event is free for veterans, but all are welcome to join! The July 11th movie will be The Avengers.
