Children are in need all over the globe and we are particularly inspired to help the children at Holy Cross School on the beautiful island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. Holy Cross Anglican Primary School draws many of it’s students from the poorer neighborhood of San Mateo, which at one time won the dubious honor of being recognized as the most at risk community in all of Belize by the Red Cross. This means many of the school's families face incredible need and, though hard working, often struggle to provide the necessities for their children. The school was built and is maintained by volunteers and all of the school supplies are donated by visiting families and individuals. Anything you can contribute to this cause is greatly appreciated.

Participants will then fill their container and carry the water back to Greeley Park in order to simulate, in a very small way, what other people less fortunate have to go through on a daily basis. The money raised to date has allowed the TYP to build our first water well in Nigeria at a cost of $30,000. The TYP have also provided two college scholarships for deserving students who cannot afford the cost of university tuition (only $2,000 per year in Nigeria).
