40. After submitting this application:

    1. You will receive an email  that your application has either been Accepted, or Denied.

    Once you have been approved:

         - Payment, and NH License are required at time of pick up.

         Payments are ONLY  accepted as a Check or Money Order for $10 (Pay to “City of Nashua”)

    To avoid receiving citations please request temporary overnight relief if you need to park on the street while you wait for your pickup appointment. Temporary Overnight Relief

    Submission of this form does not guarantee an approval. If any necessary information is missing your application will be denied and a new completed form will need to be submitted.

    Notification of Unpaid Fines

    If any of your vehicles have outstanding parking tickets, you must pay those tickets before any of your vehicle registrations or overnight parking requests can be completed.

42. By signing this agreement, I agree to NRO 320-78.1 legislation and will abide by the all rules and provisions of the on-street overnight parking program. On-street overnight parking is permitted between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., on designated streets, in designated parking spaces for vehicles with a permit. Permit holder agrees to display the parking sticker on the rear driver’s side window. Permit holder also agrees not park on the street overnight during a declared snow emergency and that they will not park in the same location for more than forty-eight (48) consecutive hours.  All parking time limit and meter restrictions, otherwise applicable to designated overnight parking spaces, remain in effect between 6 a.m. and 12 midnight. Overnight parking spaces are not reserved. This permit expires on December 31, 2023.

50. Overnight Permit Pick Up:

    ________ If i park on a street that is ot designated for overnight permit parking i understand i am subject to follow ordinance 320-78. It is unlawful for an operator of any vehicle to park the vehicle for a period longer than two hours between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m., daily, on any pubic way in the City where overnight on-street permit parking is not allowed.

    ________ Permit Stickers shall be displayed on the rear driver side window.

    ________ There shall be no parking in the same location for more than 48 consecutive hours.

    ________ There shall be no overnight paring in areas where parking is not permitted during the daytime.

    ________ There shall be no overnight parking during a declared snow emergency.

    ________ Regardless of when a permit is obtained, annual Overnight On-Street Parking Permits expire December 31 of the issued year.

    ________ Overnight On-Street Permits cannot be transferred to another vehicle. It is to be used on the vehicle that it has been issued to. Any changes must be reported to the Parking Department within 10 Days.

    ________ Vehicles parked in violation of any other city ordinance may be ticketed and fined. (Part II, General Legislation / Vehicles and Traffic - Article XII Parking, Stopping, and Standing.)
