  • Vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respirations, temperature)
  • Mental Status
  • Signs or symptoms of infection
  • Signs or symptoms of drug/alcohol withdrawal
  • Signs or symptoms of psychiatric emergency (suicide or homicide)
  • Known use of alcohol or drugs within 2 hours
