How do I submit a request?: Submitting a request is easy to do using our online submission tool or phone app which can be downloaded from your app store by searching for SeeClickFix. After you finish entering the details of your request, you will be given the option to either submit a request anonymously if you don't want to receive updates on the status of your request or to register for an account which will allow you to track your requests and receive updates to the status of your request.

1. What is the Citizens Service Request Center?: The Citizens Service Request Center is an online resource, using the SeeClickFix application, for the citizens of Nashua to report issues or request information from around the City of Nashua.

2. How do I submit a request?: Submitting a request is easy to do using our online submission tool or phone app which can be downloaded from your app store by searching for SeeClickFix. After you finish entering the details of your request, you will be given the option to either submit a request anonymously if you don't want to receive updates on the status of your request or to register for an account which will allow you to track your requests and receive updates to the status of your request.

3. What types of things can I send to the Service Request Center?: You can send all kinds of requests or issues. Anything that you think the City of Nashua may be able to help you with. You can either select one of the common request types from the drop-down list, or just select “General Inquiry” for anything else. One of the great things about this application is that if we cannot answer your question or do not handle those kinds of things someone will email you back – you are not left hanging.

4. How long does it take once I submit my request?: That all depends on the nature of the request and when you submit it. All requests will be routed to the correct Department within one business day of submission. From there you can expect to be contacted (either with a request for more information, an answer, or an update) within a timely fashion. If your issue is an emergency, we do recommend you contact us by phone at 603-589-3140.

5. How do I know my request hasn’t been forgotten?: When you submit a request after creating an account, you will be supplied a unique Ticket Number. At any time, you can return to the Citizen Service Requests web page and check the status of your request. Either look up your request by ticket number, or select it from the list of all your requests found in the Check Request Status section.

6. How will I know that my request is sent to the right place?: Our City Staff has been trained to make sure that all requests are sent to the proper department. Even if you do not know where to send the request or inquiry you can rest assured that we know.

7. What if you have a question about Citizen Service Requests that’s not answered here?: We would be glad to answer it. Just send us an email with your question to dpwrequest@nashuanh.gov.

8. Is it easy to register?: Yes, you can easily register after entering the details of your request on our website or download the SeeClickFix app to your smart phone and follow the app instructions.

9. What about people that don’t have a computer?: No computer? No Problem! Those folks without a computer can still contact us using the same methods they currently use (phone, mail, or in person). The Citizen Service Request Center web based application and phone app just gives one more way to better serve you!!
