Next week (October 22, 2018 through October 26, 2018), paving contractor (Newport Construction) will be performing paving operations (casting/structure adjustment, binder, and drive-way tie-ins) from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on following streets:
• Concord Street (casting/structure adjustment) – all week
• Somerset Parkway (Binder/Paving) – Monday (10/22) and Tuesday (10/23)
• Amherst Street (Binder/Paving) – Wednesday (10/24), Thursday (10/25), and Friday (10/26)
• In addition, Newport Construction will perform drive-way tie-ins, street cleaning, etc. throughout the City.
The schedule is tentative and might change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, temperature, equipment malfunction, or contractor employee issues. This information will be posted on City website and “No Parking” signs will be posted in advance on these streets.
