Like previous years, automated phone calls will be made no later than 5:45 am that day.
Dr. Mosley and his staff consult with many sources before delaying or canceling school. In addition to conferring with US Weather Bureau and local meteorologists, staff members consult with the Nashua Department of Public Works, First Student Transportation, and Nashua Police Department regarding driving and walking conditions.A decision to delay or cancel school will be based on the best available information; however, depending on varying conditions, the decision to keep a child home ultimately rests with each parent/guardian.Please know that early dismissals are considered only in extreme circumstances because of childcare issues. Early dismissal is rare; nevertheless, all parents and guardians must plan for that rare event. Parents and guardians are advised to consult with child care providers and agree on a plan for child care in the event of an early dismissal. Equally important, please inform your children about those plans.
