Elm St from W. Pearl St to W. Hollis St. will have road work by Ted Berry Co. on Mon., Sept. 18th & Tues., Sept. 19th from 7:00PM to 6:0AM. There will be alternating one way traffic. Watch for signs & flaggers. Questions, call the DPW @ 589-3123.
