The Nashua Solid Waste Department and the Four Hills Landfill / Recycling Center will be closed on Monday, Feb. 15 for Presidents’ Day. Therefore, collections of trash and recyclables will be delayed for one day throughout the week.
Operations will resume on Tuesday, Feb. 16 when Monday's routes will be picked up. Tuesday routes will be collected on Wednesday, Feb. 17, Wednesday's routes on Thursday, Feb. 18, Thursday's routes will be picked up on Friday, Feb. 19, and Friday's routes on Saturday, Feb. 20.
Residents are asked to have carts and bins at curbside by 6:45 am on their collection day, and to be sure to clear snow and ice from an area at curbside for carts and bins, if necessary. There must be at least three feet between the trash cart and any obstacle.
