Kinsley St @ Elm St will have lane closures Sept. 21, 22, 23 & 26 from 9:00AM-3:00PM and Tues, 9/27 & Wed, 9/28 7PM-7AM. RH White will be doing gas work for Liberty Utilities. Watch for signs & flaggers. Questions, please call the DPW at 589-3137.
