[ARCHIVED] Trash Collections halted 3/14 due to excessive snowfall

Due to the rapid intensification of the snow storm on Tuesday, March the 14th, all trash and recycling trucks have been recalled from the road so that their drivers may assist in plowing efforts.

If you are a Tuesday collection, and your trash and/or recycling has not been collected please pull it back from the road and wait until Wednesday morning to put it back out to the curb, clear of any snow.

Trucks from the Solid Waste Department will return to work on Tuesday’s routes, when possible, from Wednesday thru Saturday of this week until all of the streets have been collected.

Wednesday thru Friday’s routes will remain on their normal collection day.
