The pavement marking contractor for the School Department will be implementing traffic pattern changes on streets surrounding the Franklin Street School on 11/23 as follows:
• Changing Franklin Street, from Locust Street to Charles Street, to a one-way street in the westbound direction
• Changing Charles Street, from Franklin Street to Terrace Street, to a one-way street in the northbound direction
• Changing Locust Street, from Winter Street to Franklin Street, to a one-way street in the southbound direction
• Installing a “School Traffic Only” lane on Franklin Street for student drop offs and pickups
• Installing “Bus Lane Only” lanes on Charles Street and Locust Street
