The Solid Waste Department will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 2nd. The Four Hills Landfill / Nashua Recycling Center will be closed and there will be no curbside pickups on that day. Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, September 3rd, and all collections will be one day late during the week. Monday routes for recycling and trash will be picked up on Tuesday, Tuesday neighborhoods will be collected on Wednesday, September 4th, and Wednesday areas will be picked up on Thursday, September 5th. Thursday routes will be collected on Friday, September 6th and the Friday areas will be collected on Saturday, September 7th.
All containers must be at curbside by 6:45 a.m. on collection day, and there must be at least three feet between the trash cart and anything else, including cars, overhead branches and other bins.
