Utility work will begin on Kinsley Street at the intersection with Main Street starting on Monday, April 1st and will continue moving down Kinsley Street towards Vine Street. Initially, there will be a lane closure between Main Street and Elm Street and the lane closure will move as the utility work spreads towards Vine Street. Work will occur between 8am and 4pm. Traffic will be impacted - seek alternate route if possible.
