Filing Period - Candidates for Municipal General Election

Thursday, September 2, 2021

The period to file petitions and acceptance of nominations papers, for Alderman-at-Large, Board of Public Works, Board of Education, Fire Commissioner, Ward Alderman, Ward Moderator, Ward Clerk, Ward Selectmen, will begin on Wednesday, August 24, 2021, at 8:00 AM in the Office of the City Clerk. The filing period will close on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 5:00 PM. The drawing for positions on the ballot will occur on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 3:00 PM in the Aldermanic Chamber, 2nd Floor City Hall. The Municipal General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
