Update: Face coverings required on public transit per Federal Executive Order
Attention passengers: Please see full message below regarding face masks.
The City of Nashua has rescinded the face covering ordinance, but please note that passengers are still required to wear face masks onboard our vehicles and at all of our facilities per the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) & the CDC’s Mask Requirement on Public Transportation. This executive order is in place until September 2021.
Nashua Transit System has a limited number of masks on-board buses, and requests that passengers bring their own.
We thank you for your continued patience and cooperation.
From Amended Ordinance O-21-065:
"3. The Board of Health requires that people traveling on public transportation (planes, trains, buses)...continue to wear masks that cover their nose and mouth in accordance with federal guidelines."
