Reregister for Text Alerts

If you are subscribed to receive NTS text alerts, but have not been receiving them from recent announcements, you may need to reregister.

Click "Notify Me" at the bottom of the Transit Alert box on the RideBigBlue.com homepage.

1. Sign in by entering your email in the email address bar and follow the instructions at the top of the page.
2. Once signed in, scroll down to "Alert Center" and the list name "Transit Alerts". Then toggle the phone button next to "Transit Alerts" off and on .
- You should see a text box stating to send a code/reply back to a text message.
- Once you receive the text message, follow it's instructions and you will be registered to receive text notifications again.

NOTE: It may take a few tries to get a text message sent to your phone. If after several attempts you still cannot get a text, please contact us via the Form Center or social media.
