NTS to Resume Fixed-Route Bus Service on 4 Routes with Phase 1: Limited Daytime Schedule on 6/8/2020
Effective Monday, June 8, 2020 Nashua Transit System will resume fixed-route bus service with a limited daytime schedule on four routes with reduced service hours.
·North Route – French Hill, Amherst Street and Dartmouth Hitchcock
·Central Route – Crown Hill, Nashua Mall and Broad Street
·South Route – South Nashua, D.W. Highway and Northeastern Boulevard
·West Route – Lake Street, W. Hollis Street, Harris Road and Ledge Street

The North, Central, & South routes have been modified from the original "Night" routes to include additional service areas of interest. To accommodate these changes, certain stops have been eliminated. All four routes will run during the daytime ONLY.
Service on these routes will run Monday-Friday, 6:15 a.m.-7:15 p.m. and Saturdays, 9:15 a.m.-7:15 p.m. until further notice.
NTS has implemented several new safety measures. Buses will run with a significantly reduced passenger capacity to maintain physical distancing. Hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed on all vehicles. Passengers who do not require the assistance of a wheelchair ramp or bus kneeling are asked to please use the rear door for entry onto the bus. Passengers are asked to not ride the bus if feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, wear a face mask when riding the bus, as well as maintain a physical distance of 6 feet whenever possible.
The Transit Center will remain closed until Nashua City Hall re-opens.
