Permits in City Rights-Of-Way closed on November 10th, 2022

The Engineering Department will no longer be issuing Street Opening Permits for construction in City rights-of-way. Requests for permits will be reviewed and approved only in unique situations where deemed necessary by the City. Issuing of permits will resume on or about April 10, 2023 pending suitable weather conditions.
