My Health. My Care Video Project

This educational video series that has been developed by community partners in the Greater Nashua Public Health Region to help residents better understand how to navigate the healthcare system and feel more confident when they communicate with their healthcare providers.

Replicating Project Materials
We want you to share the videos and project materials far and wide and post on social media. However, If you are replicating the materials or videos associated with this project, we ask that our replication sentence and picture (PDF) be used on the materials.

Toolkit for Organizations
This toolkit (PDF) provides resources for organizations that would like to promote the videos among their staff, patients and clients and outlines how to conduct a film screening at your organization.
