The Nashua Community Health Department offers clinics for the various services:


The clinics offered are walk-in. No appointments are needed.


The Clinic is located at 18 Mulberry Street on the Garden Level. Please use the side entrance on Elm Street after 5 p.m.. Metered parking is available on the street and in the Maple Street parking lot. Handicapped parking is located next to the building on Elm Street.

Immunization Clinic 

  • All childhood immunizations are available for individuals who are 18 years and younger. A parent or legal guardian must accompany minors under age 18.
  • Immunizations are available to adults over the age of 18 who have no insurance or are under-insured, which means you have health insurance, but the coverage does not include vaccines or the insurance only covers selected vaccines.
  • Vaccines available: chicken pox, meningitis, polio, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, flu, shingles, rotavirus, pneumococcal, tetanus, measles, mumps, rubella, diptheria, HPV, and Hib.
  • A fee of $10 is requested at the time of service, per person, per visit. Flu vaccines are available for free for children 18 years and under. Flu vaccines are $15 for all adults over 19 regardless of insurance.  
  • Please bring in past Immunization records if available.


Tests are available for:

  • Chlamydia
  • Gonorrhea
  • Hepatitis C (HCV)
  • Herpes
  • HIV
  • Syphilis
