Contractor Pre-Qualification List

Contractors interested in bidding on projects: please complete the required forms and submit to our office.  Instructions on how/who to submit are contained in the form; email is preferred.

Contractors on the list will be notified by email of all upcoming bid opportunities. Note: housing rehab, lead-paint and non-profit improvement projects are generally not posted through the City’s Purchasing Department. The resulting contracts are between the Contractor and owner, not the City. The Urban Programs Subdivision acts as the project manager, facilitating the process between the parties.

Enrollment for the pre-qualification list is open at all times. Minority and/or woman owned businesses as well as Section 3 businesses are encouraged to participate. If you need assistance completing the forms, please contact our office.
