The City of Nashua's Code of Ordinances is published by General Code Corporation of Rochester, NY. The City’s Ordinances were fully re-codified in February, 2008, and are available online through General Code's website. The code book was last updated in December 11, 2018, and annual supplements are generally printed every year.  However, newly-adopted legislation will appear in the online version of the Code approximately 45 days after its approval date.

  • City Charter - A city charter or town charter (generically, municipal charter) is a legal document establishing a municipality such as a city or town.
