The link below is a fillable form, however entering data does not transmit the form to the Assessor's Office. Once you have completed the form online, you must print it, sign it and then hand-deliver or mail it to the Assessor's Office. It is strongly suggested you keep a copy of the completed form for you files. Taxpayer must file the abatement application with the municipality by March 1 following the notice of tax.
