Performers

Dance, song, instrumental music are all ways to share culture amongst our community and learn from each other. If you or your group are interested in demonstrating your cultural talent with others this year please complete the performer application below. Selected performers will by notified by July 31, 2023.

Performer Guidelines

Food

Local restaurants and food vendors featuring dishes from around the world are invited to share their culture with the community. Preference will be given to local immigrant owned businesses. All food sales will be handled by vendors. 

Participating vendors agree to offer at least one menu item under $5, with a preference of up to 3 items. A stipend will be provided to off set the cost of this menu requirement.

Community Tables

Non-profits or cultural organizations with a mission to cultivate a welcoming, inclusive community by building bridges between cultures and educating newcomers of services available to them are invited to host a table at the festival. 

Table hosts are expected to have a cultural learning activity in addition to general information about their services.

Table space is limited. The table application linked below must be completed by August 15, 2023 for consideration. Confirmation of participation will sent by August 31, 2023.
