To license a dog, the owner/keeper must provide proof of a current rabies vaccination. Proof of spay or neuter must be provided to receive the spay or neuter rate.
REMINDER: State law requires all dogs must be licensed by June 1st. Failure to register your dog by then could result in late fees, a Civil Forfeiture fine of $25.00 and related notification costs. If you no longer have a dog, please contact the City Clerk's Office so that we may update our database.
Please complete and mail the Dog License Application to the City Clerk’s Office with the required documentation and fee.
