The East Hollis Street Area Plan was approved as an element of the City of Nashua Master Plan.  It serves to set the overall goals, policies, programs, and implementation strategies for development of the area.  These include land use, transportation, public improvements, community facilities, and economic development. The East Hollis Street area is defined as that land area west to east from Spruce Street to the Merrimack River, and north to south from the Nashua River to Bowers Street.
