Incentives

The City of Nashua offers a variety of development incentives.  First and foremost is our high quality of life, high education levels, low crime rates, technical talent base, and no state or local income or sales taxes.  In addition to these advantages, we offer the following incentive programs: 

Community Reinvestment Opportunity Program (CROP) Zones
The Community Reinvestment and Opportunity Zones (CROP) program provides tax incentives for redevelopment of Brownfield sites, and or vacant land and/or obsolete and deteriorated structures, in areas with lower-income populations.

Citizen's Bank Jobs Program
This $150 million New England-wide financing initiative provides qualified businesses with up to $10 million in financing at below-market financing of just 4.99% APR.  In exchange for the below market financing, these companies will create full-time jobs for New Hampshire residents within three years of completing their expansion projects.

City of Nashua Revolving Loan Fund for Businesses
The City of Nashua's Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is provides loans of up to $100,000 for permanent working capital and fixed asset financing for startup and existing businesses in the Nashua area.

Telecom and Technology Matching Grant Program
This matching program's intent is to stimulate projects to enhance the supply, demand, utilization or access of digital communications.
