Zoning Board


 

The Zoning Board of Adjustment is comprised of 5 members and 5 alternates.  The Board regularly meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the 3rd Floor Auditorium at City Hall.  Only one regular meeting is held in December.  The Board meets to hear and decide request for variances from the Zoning Ordinance, Special Exceptions as allowed by the Zoning Ordinance and Appeals from Administrative Decisions.
