SPECIAL NOTICES FOR SEPTEMBER 8, 2015 ELECTION

WARD 1 VOTERS – Renovations have been completed at Broad Street Elementary School, so your polling location has moved back to the BROAD STREET ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 390 BROAD STREET.

Effective September 1, 2015 those voters who do not show photo identification to obtain a ballot will continue to fill out a challenged voter affidavit, but will now be required to have their photograph taken. Census Records



The NH State Library has the original schedules for the 1850, 1860, 1870, 1880, decennial US censuses, and the Rockingham, Merrimack, and Strafford counties of the 1840 census. It also has microfilm copies of the 1800, 1810, 1820, and 1830 decennial censuses and printed copies of the first US census taken in 1790. The NH Historical Society has a photostat of the 1800 census. The U.S. Census Bureau also maintains limited genealogical resources on its website.
